U.S. Army Sgt. Jordan Adams heard the call to serve his country and did so with great pride and bravery. Unfortunately, he then suffered a terrible accident that left him in a coma and fighting for his life. Through the miracles of modern medicine, a revolutionary new treatment provided hope for Jordan and his family. It would be covered by his insurance and held promise for a new lease on life.

The trouble was that it was only available in Chicago, and the air ambulance transportation needed to get him there was not covered, nor was it within the means of his family to provide.
